We send real queries to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude — the same way a customer would ask "best [your category] in [your city]." We record whether your business is mentioned, how prominently, and what your competitors are doing better. You get a scored report with specific fixes.
Is the free report really free? +
Yes. Your first report is completely free — no credit card required. You'll get your full AI visibility score, competitor snapshot, and a list of the highest-impact fixes. Paid plans add monthly re-runs and tracking so you can see your score improve over time.
How long until I see results after making fixes? +
AI visibility improvements typically take 90–180 days to fully reflect, similar to traditional SEO. The fixes themselves (updating your Google Business Profile, adding structured data, earning directory citations) can be done in days — the AI models just need time to re-index and re-weight sources.
What's GEO and how is it different from SEO? +
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the practice of making your business more visible in AI-generated answers — not just in blue links. Traditional SEO targets Google's ranking algorithm. GEO targets the data sources, citations, and authority signals that language models use when deciding which businesses to recommend. The two overlap but are not identical.
Do you guarantee improved visibility? +
No — and we're upfront about that. AI search results are influenced by algorithm updates, third-party data sources, and competitor actions that are outside our control. Can I cancel my subscription anytime? +
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing immediately; you retain access through the end of your current paid period. The 6-Month Plan is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
What if I have multiple locations or businesses? +
Each report covers one business location. If you have multiple locations or brands, you can run a separate report for each. Contact us at admin@vizyreport.com if you need a custom multi-location arrangement.
Is my business data kept private? +
Yes. We collect only what's needed to run your report: your business name, URL, location, and category. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Your business details are sent to AI APIs solely to generate your visibility queries — nothing else. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What is your refund policy?

All sales are final once your report has been delivered. Because we invest real API costs into every report the moment your order is confirmed — querying ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude on your behalf — we cannot offer refunds after delivery. Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime from their dashboard; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
