1. The Service
VizyReport ("we," "us," "our") provides AI search visibility audits and generative engine optimization (GEO) reports for businesses. By creating an account or using our service you agree to these terms.
2. Free Report
Every account includes one free baseline AI visibility report. The free report includes your AI visibility scan across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude, a competitor snapshot, your single most impactful fix, and a free listing in the VizyReport directory. Additional features require a paid plan.
3. Paid Plans & Billing
We offer the following paid plans:
- Starter ($49/mo) — Monthly AI visibility monitoring across all 4 engines. 6 keywords tracked, monthly report and action plan, schema audit, directory targets, review sequence, NAP copy, VizyBot access, and VizyReport directory listing. New deliverables added each month. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
- Pro ($99/mo) — Power Tier with 15 keywords, weekly AI scans, 4 GEO articles per month, 20 FAQ entries, full-site schema audit, press release, and all Starter deliverables. New deliverables added each month. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
- Starter 6-Month ($249 flat) — Starter plan delivered every month for 6 months. One payment, no recurring billing. Access ends cleanly at month 6.
- Pro 6-Month ($499 flat) — Pro plan delivered every month for 6 months. One payment, no recurring billing. Access ends cleanly at month 6.
All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Early adopters lock in their rate — price increases do not apply to active subscriptions.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final once a report has been delivered. Because we invest real API costs into generating every report — querying multiple AI engines on your behalf — we cannot offer refunds after delivery. The service is rendered the moment your report is generated.
- Monthly subscriptions (Starter and Pro): Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of your current billing period. No refund for the current period.
- 6-Month Plans (Starter and Pro): One payment covers the full 6-month program. No refunds after the first report is delivered.
- Billing errors: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact admin@vizyreport.com within 7 days of the charge.
5. Cancellation
Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time from their dashboard or by emailing admin@vizyreport.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain full access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape report data for resale, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Accuracy & Disclaimer
AI visibility scores reflect how your business appears in AI engine responses at the time of the report. Scores vary naturally because AI engines update their knowledge and respond differently to each query. We do not guarantee specific score improvements or business outcomes from implementing our recommendations.
VizyReport is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or Perplexity AI. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity are trademarks of their respective owners.
How your data is measured: VizyReport tracks your AI visibility by sampling how often your business appears across multiple queries on each engine. Because AI engines are probabilistic — they give different responses to the same query at different times — we sample each query multiple times and report a smoothed trend score. A single month's score may vary from the prior month; the trend over 3–6 months is the meaningful signal. We display this clearly in your dashboard so you can interpret your data accurately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VizyReport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
