VizyReport provides AI search visibility audits. By creating an account or purchasing any service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What We Provide
VizyReport queries ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to assess how visible your business is in AI-generated search results. We deliver a visibility score, competitor analysis, and prioritized fix recommendations. Reports reflect a snapshot in time and results change as AI platforms update.
No Guarantee of Results
AI search visibility is influenced by factors outside our control including AI algorithm changes, third-party directory data, and competitor actions. We do not guarantee improved visibility, traffic, or revenue. Results typically take 90 to 180 days of consistent implementation, similar to traditional SEO. We are honest about this at every step.
Payment and Billing
All prices in USD. Monthly plans bill automatically on your purchase date. The 6-Month Plan is a single one-time payment with no recurring charges. One-Time Report is a single payment with no subscription. All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card information on our servers.
Refund Policy
All sales are final once a report has been delivered. We invest real API costs into every report at the moment of purchase. Because reports are delivered digitally and immediately we cannot offer refunds after delivery. Billing errors must be reported to admin@vizyreport.com within 7 days. Monthly subscribers may cancel anytime — cancellation stops future billing but no refund is issued for the current period. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
Acceptable Use
You may use VizyReport for your own business or businesses you represent. You may not resell reports without a written white-label agreement. You agree not to scrape or automate access to the platform.
Data and Privacy
We collect only what is needed to run your report: email, business name, URL, location, and category. We use this solely to generate reports and communicate about your account. We do not sell your data. See vizyreport.com/privacy for full details.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost profits.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Active subscribers will be notified by email before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
